Chocolat au lait

Ingrédients

Chocolate Layer
1 tablet of Meurisse chocolate of choice, we used the 73% Dark Chocolate from Papua New Guinea

1 cup milk, or more to taste 

Optional:
Marshmallows
Melted Meurisse Dark Chocolate from Papua New Guinea sauce
1 pinch ground cinnamon (Optional)

Méthode

Step 1
Pour milk into small saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk constantly until warm. About 5 minutes. 

Pour hot milk in a glass or mug.

Step 2
Take your Dark Chocolate from Papua New Guinea bar and slowly press it onto your mug. 

The heat of the milk will melt the chocolate.

Swirl it around of use a spoon.

Step 3 
Optionally, add marshmallows

Pour melted Meurisse chocolate sauce on top.
