Coconut Matcha White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

• 55g Meurisse White Baking Chocolate (1/4 pack)
• 60ml Hot water (not boiling)
• 2 tsp Matcha powder
• 360ml Coconut milk

A creamy and vibrant hot drink blending earthy matcha with sweet white chocolate and coconut milk.

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth and lump-free.

Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan until very hot. Add the Meurisse white chocolate and stir until fully melted.

Pour the matcha mixture into the white chocolate milk, stir well, and froth with a hand blender if desired.

Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately.
